All regular full time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Mother's Market benefit plans. Eligible employees and dependents will be able to participate on the first day of the month following or coincident 60 days of full time employment. You may enroll your eligible dependents in the benefit programs as well. Eligible dependents are defined as:

  • All Legal Spouses
  • Registered Domestic Partner (same or opposite sex)
  • Dependent Children up to age 26 (natural, adopted, foster or stepchildren)

If your dependent child is over age 26 and mentally or physically disabled, coverage can be continued with proof of the ongoing disability.
